Dear Class of 2016 Classmates,
It’s hard to believe it’s been almost 10 years since we graduated from Kalamazoo College. From navigating the K-Plan and working on our SIPs to studying abroad and spending time together on the quad, K gave us a lot of shared memories.
Our 10th reunion is coming up October 23–25, 2026, and a celebratory Homecoming weekend is being planned to reconnect with each other and our K community. While I unfortunately won’t be able to attend this year, I hope many of you will be able to make it back to campus to catch up, reminisce, and celebrate together.
Below are some things you can do right now to connect with our class and the College before our reunion.
- Plan to attend October 23–25, 2026. Make your travel arrangements and book your hotel room now. You can find a list of hotels at homecoming.kzoo.edu.
- Friday, October 23 – 7 p.m.–12 a.m.: All Hornet Gathering at Bell’s, 355 E. Kalamazoo Ave.
- Saturday, October 24 in the morning: Reunion Photo
- Saturday, October 24 in the evening: Class of 2016 Reunion Celebration
- Update your contact information at kzoo.edu/contactupdate.
- Share an update with the College. Submit a class note for publication to celebrate our reunion at kzoo.edu/classnote.
- Please note that to ensure your class note appears in the Fall LuxEsto, it must be submitted by July 31.
- Help ensure each of our classmates is personally invited. In addition to coming back yourself, please consider asking your friends to do the same. Personal outreach is the most effective way to ensure we get the Class of 2016 back on campus. If you are interested in reaching out to our classmates, please let us know.
Please check the homecoming website for reunion updates. The best place to find up-to-date information on our class-specific events is on this page. Registration opens at the beginning of September, and you will receive an email and a postcard in the mail when registration is open.
I hope many of you can make it back to campus for what promises to be a fun and memorable weekend for our class!
All the best,
Tutu Huang
