Plan to Attend Our 55th Reunion

Dear Class of 1967 Classmates,
Our Kalamazoo College 55th reunion is October 21-23, 2022 and a celebratory weekend is being planned reconnecting with each other and our K community. Below are five things you can do right now to connect with our class and the College before our reunion.
- Plan to attend October 21-23, 2022. Make your travel arrangements and book your hotel room now. You can find a list of hotels offering special prices for K alumni.
- Update your contact information.
- Share an update with the College. Submit a class note to be published in LuxEsto to celebrate our reunion
- Join the Class of 1967 Facebook group. Our class Facebook group is a great way to connect with each other by sharing a reunion update, posting photos of our time at K and discussing our reunion plans.
- Help ensure each of our classmates gets personally invited. In addition to coming back yourself, please consider asking your friends to do the same. Personal outreach is the most effective way to ensure we get the Class of 1967 back on campus. If you are interested in reaching out to our classmates, please let me know.
Please check your email and the homecoming website for reunion updates in the months to come. Online registration opens in September and you will receive a postcard in the mail when registration is open.

Emeriti Club – The Golden Hornets
The Emeriti Club is an alumni organization for members of classes who graduated from Kalamazoo College 50 or more years ago.
Citation of Merit Award
You, as an Emeriti Club member are encouraged to nominate fellow members to receive a Citation of Merit Award. Please use the online nomination form, or print and send a form to the Office of Alumni Engagement anytime throughout the year. Please provide as much information as possible about the nominee.
Criteria for the selection of citation recipients are as follows:
- Extent of alumni activity and involvement
- Outstanding professional experience
- Level of civic, church, school, and/or community service involvement
- Continued support of the College
- Length of time attended Kalamazoo College
- All alumni of Kalamazoo College who matriculated in classes 50 or more years ago and attended six or more terms are eligible for nomination.
The Emeriti Club Leadership Council meets in the spring to consider the nominees and select the citation recipients. Nominees not selected are kept for future consideration.
